Excursion:

Conference papers:

With the exception of plenary/ keynote, participants will have a maximum of twenty minutes to deliver their paper. Each panel includes time for questions at the end of the last paper in the panel. As a mark of respect towards the other participants, and for those chairing your panel, as well as those following the conference, we would ask that you make sure you do not exceed your allotted time.

The conference room is equipped with computer/video projector. Should you intend to use a “PowerPoint” or similar, or other material requiring projection, it would be extremely useful if you could forward the relevant files ahead of the conference: experience shows that changeover between papers can often be time-consuming and many technical delays/hitches can be avoided if requirements are clearly stated prior to the event.

If you intend to hand out printed material, we would advise you to have thirty-five copies printed and to bring these with you. It is not possible to have photocopies made in situ.

If you have a publication or publications which you would like to exhibit during the conference, a space will be set aside for this.

Publication:

We intend to publish papers from the conference. This could be in Leaves https://climas.u-bordeaux-montaigne.fr/leaves But we are exploring a number of other possibilities. We will keep you informed.
